30 minute vegetarian pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 325ml of warm water
  • 500g of Self-Rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 200g of tomato pasta
  • 250g of grated vegan cheese
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tomatoes

Cooking instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 200°C /180°C Fan/Gas 6
  • Mix the water, oil, salt and flour together until a dough forms
  • Knead by hand for 5 minutes
  • Separate the dough equally into 3 pieces and use a rolling pin to roll out the round pizza shape. Make it ½ inch thick
  • Put the base on an oiled metal tray and bake for 15 minutes
  • Chop all the ingredients
  • Use the back of the spoon to spread a thick layer of tomato pasta sauce over the dough base
  • Add the other chopped toppings
  • Sprinkle the grated vegan cheese
  • Bake the pizza for 10 minutes
