Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 325ml of warm water
- 500g of Self-Rising flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 200g of tomato pasta
- 250g of grated vegan cheese
- 1 medium-size onion
- 1 pepper
- 2 tomatoes
Cooking instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 200°C /180°C Fan/Gas 6
- Mix the water, oil, salt and flour together until a dough forms
- Knead by hand for 5 minutes
- Separate the dough equally into 3 pieces and use a rolling pin to roll out the round pizza shape. Make it ½ inch thick
- Put the base on an oiled metal tray and bake for 15 minutes
- Chop all the ingredients
- Use the back of the spoon to spread a thick layer of tomato pasta sauce over the dough base
- Add the other chopped toppings
- Sprinkle the grated vegan cheese
- Bake the pizza for 10 minutes
