There are many benefits of becoming a vegetarian. For one thing, it can improve your quality of life. It can also help you live longer, healthier and happier lives! It also has environmental benefits because it reduces greenhouse gas emissions and encourages sustainable farming practices.

Lacto vegetarians: Do not consume meat, poultry, fish, or eggs but do consume dairy products vegetables, fruits, grains, and nuts.

Lacto-ovo vegetarians: Consume no meat, poultry, fish, or dairy products, but consume eggs.
